Mind and Life Books

  • Books are one way we strive to make the insights of the Mind and Life meetings available to the public. Each book is based on one of the prior Mind and Life dialogues. Our books include an introduction to the subject matter of the meeting, selections from each presentation given by the scientists, scholars, or His Holiness, as well as excerpts from the most intriguing and thought-provoking exchanges following each presentation.
  • Some of our more recent dialogues have been reproduced as DVD sets available for purchase.  All conferences are unedited, and His Holiness the Dalai Lama participated fully in all sessions.
