These reserchers, all togheter with His Holiness the Dalai Lama and the other Monks, are doing an extremely important job for our planet and for the health of all humanity in the future. May these conference, and all the peope working for it, be blessed by all scientific and religious researcher in the world, and may the joining of Buddhist philosophy and western sciences give all of us a new starting point for a healthier and happier life.

  4. I am also a physician and I am very excited about this conference. I can’t wait to hear it on MP3. I listened to the last conference as it was published by Daniel Goleman. There are a few people you guys ought to invite to these events. They are, Daniel Siegel (http://drdansiegel.com/), Pema Chodron (http://www.gampoabbey.org/ane_pema/), Bessel van der Kolk (http://www.traumacenter.org/), and Ajahn Brahm (http://www.bswa.org/). I guarantee that each of these people would contribute greatly to the discussion. My own website is http://www.BYOBuddha.org and you are all welcome to explore it. Thanks for all your efforts, you are all bodhisattva.

    Much Love,

Tyrone…. i think Daniel Siegel has participated in M&L events in the past, i believe he is on the board.
and i don’t know how much Pema Chodron does in the way of events like this, from what i understand
she limits her public time. You might be interested in the Zen Brain podcasts from Upaya, if you
are not familiar with them. And if are not familiar with it, there is an archive from a conference
held at Columbia U. a couple years ago that you can access thru Mindandreality.org. cheers.
