Hi David,
Thank you for your valued insights and future realizations regarding the concepts of resilience vs vulnerability.
It would seem that the resilience factor is much more favorable in an early environment of loving compassion as opposed to a dysfunctional upbringing yielding much greater vulnerability
The question would be the energy needed to change an already vulnerably mapped psyche to that of resilience. Are the neuropathways, as neuroplastic as they may be, capable of such change from vulnerability to resilience through conscious effort?
Blessings,
Jenn

David,
Would love to hear what you have to say. We are putting together a study of post op cardiac surgery patients. part of which is to evaluate and teach resilience . We are contemplating adding MRI studies.
Can you contact me after you return to US?
